Off French performer Zaz's concept album Paris, this is a cover of a 1939 release from Maurice Chevalier, famous French entertainer and reluctant Nazi collaborator. The song is about how you can't keep the French down (in the immediate context of the first two World Wars, but also in general), and the title translates to "Paris Will Always Be Paris".

Though her material's contemporary and poppy, Isabelle Geffroy AKA Zaz has been compared to legendary chanteuse Edith Piaf ("La Vie en Rose") by none other than Charles Aznavour, the French Sinatra - with whom Zaz has recorded (produced by Quincy Jones):

She's classically trained from a young age and also plays a mean hand trumpet (sax?), as in the first few seconds of her breakout hit from 2010, "Je Veux":

Zaz's cover of "Paris Sera Toujours Paris" is very Gypsy-Jazzy, in the vein of Django Reinhardt ("La Mer", AKA "Beyond the Sea" in later iterations), and significantly faster than the original. Very much in line with the spirit of the song...
